Cancellation Policy
Per our Cancellation Policy, you can cancel your booked excursion anytime. The total amount paid online will be refunded for cancellations sent within five days before the excursion date. No refund is provided for cancellations sent later five days after the excursion date.
To request an excursion cancellation, please email info@castellabatetransferservice.com providing the excursion references in the subject.
