Herculaneum Ruins, the Vesuvius Volcano and wine tasting Tour!
Free visit (two hours) of the archaeological site of Herculaneum (Guide in person available upon request at an extra charge); After the visit, we will continue our tour up on Vesuvius for a ring walk (90 MIN.) on the top of the Volcano. Free visit.
We will conclude our tour relaxing in a winery at the bottom of Vesuvius. We will taste wines and local food, a perfect combination of history, nature and, of course, local food tradition.

The Vesuvius Volcano: Mount Vesuvius is one of only two active volcanoes in Continental Europe. It stands about 1281 meters tall, with a symmetrical central cone and steep wooded slopes. Wine tasting at the bottom of Vesuvius: The winemaker will introduce you to the vineyard and cellar. In addition, we will have a wine tasting of their wines, among these the famous Lacryma Christi, and, of course, he will be glad to serve you a light lunch with local products
