Join our proposal:  Herculaneum Ruins, the Vesuvius Volcano and wine tasting Tour! We will have a free visit (2 hrs) of the archaeological site of Herculaneum; therefore, we will continue our tour visiting the Vesuvius by ring walking (90 MIN.) at the top of the Volcano. We will conclude our tour relaxing in a winery at the bottom of the Vesuvius. We will taste wines and local food—a perfect combination of history, nature and, of course, a local food tradition.

Herculaneum

Herculaneum harbours a wealth of archaeological finds, from old advertisements and stylish mosaics to furniture and terror-struck skeletons. Worth a visit; in other words, you can’t miss it!

The Vesuvius Volcano

Mount Vesuvius is one of only two active volcanos in Continental Europe. It stands about 1281 meters tall, with a symmetrical central cone and steep wooden slopes.

Wine tasting at the bottom of the Vesuvius

The winemaker will introduce you to the vineyard and cellar. In addition, we will have a wine tasting of their wines, among these the famous Lacryma Christi and, of course, he will be glad to serve you a light lunch with local products.

  • The tour lasts approximately 11 hours, including the return journey from and to the participants’ accommodation in Castellabate, Agropoli, Paestum, or Salerno.

  1. Admittances and Guide to the Herculaneum/Vesuvius site.
  2. Guided visit to the vineyard, the cellar, wine tasting and lunch at the local winery. Price starting euro 55,00 per person. It can vary depending on the menu choice at lunch. To pay directly at the winery

  1. Guide in person in the Herculaneum site. For a two hrs service, euro 140,00/Group
  2. Pick-up and drop-off of the participants accommodated in different areas, such as Sorrento,+ euro 200,00/group, Naples+euro 120,00/group, and Amalfi Coast+euro 250,00/group.
