Buffalo Mozzarella Organic Farm

The Cilento winery

Our tour continues in a Cilento winery. The winemaker will introduce you to their vineyard and cellar. Of course, they will offer a wine tasting of red and white wines from different grape varieties. The tasting includes local products such as salami, cheese, and vegetables.

Cilento dried figs laboratory.

Our tour ends at the Cilento dried figs factory. Here the Guide will explain to you all the manufacturing of the Cilento figs and their conversion into dried fruits. They are roasted and stuffed with local spicy almonds, chocolate and, above all, fennel seeds. You will join a final tasting with local liquors!
